What is this experience all about?

Many believe that it is enough to put the sachet in the water and the tea is ready. However, this is not the case at all. In fact, we must choose the tea properly first of all in order to make it look better.

Tea is the result of the infusion of the leaves and buds of the Camellia Sinensis plant and, thanks to the diverse variations of the plant, types of cultivation and manufacturing processes, it offers us a wide repertoire of sensory profiles.

All tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis bush, any of its varieties: white, green, oolong, black and pu-erh tea all come from the same leaf. What changes is the degree of oxidation between them and other elements that we will see in detail in this course. If the leaves do not come from this bush, it cannot be called tea, you should call it infusion.

Several factors must be taken into account so that you can get a perfect cup of tea. For example, the characteristics of the water can affect the flavor and aroma of the tea. Another one is the lower the degree of oxidation, the more delicate the leaf is, so the water temperature cannot be the same for all types of tea. The infusion time is another key factor, if you do not take care of it, you could ruin your cup of tea.
